OEM Sample Runs
When a retailer wants their own shape, our OEM sample runs turn a drawing, a colour chip or a rough sketch into a working tin or spring toy. The bench builds a short run, winds it, checks it and ships the sample within ten working days. Buyers hold the mechanism in their hand before committing to a production order, which removes most of the guesswork from a new product.
We keep sample tooling numbered so later production matches the approved piece. Colour matching is recorded against a physical chip rather than a screen, and any change to the spring, the tin gauge or the printing is written into the sample sheet. That sheet travels with the order, so the production line and the buyer work from the same description.
Quality and Safety Checks
Every mechanism is wound and released before it leaves the bench. A stiff spring, a loose axle or a paint run is caught while the toy is still in our hands, not after it reaches a shelf. We check squeaker bulbs, winding keys and small parts one by one, and we keep written material notes for the tin, the enamel and any plastic fittings.
Batch sheets record who checked what and when. Buyers who need documentation for their own market can request these notes with the commercial invoice. If a carton fails a check we rebuild it rather than ship it, because a returned pallet costs far more than a careful hour at the bench.
Packaging and Cartons
We pack to survive a long sea leg. Inner trays hold each toy flat, corner blocks protect the tin, and outer cartons are sized for standard pallets so your warehouse can receive without repacking. Retail-ready boxes can carry your own label, printed in the language of your market, and every outer shows the case count, net weight and carton number.
For fragile novelty lines we add a foam slip sheet and a tighter tray fit. For party favors we use shallow trays that keep small pieces together. Before sealing, we photograph the loaded pallet and send the images to the buyer, so what leaves Hefei is what the buyer expects to unpack.
Trade Show Orders
Buyers who meet us at a toy or gift fair can place a show-floor order and reserve production capacity on the spot. Tell us the booth or the date and we hold your samples on a named shelf until the deposit clears. Show orders often mix a new OEM shape with a reorder of an existing line, and we schedule both together to save a sea leg.
After the show we follow up with a written summary of what was ordered, the agreed price and the expected hand-over date. That summary becomes the working document for the whole run, so nothing depends on a remembered conversation across a noisy hall.
Retail Account Support
Small shops and growing chains get a named contact who tracks reorders, flags slow movers and proposes a mixed carton that suits the counter. When a line slows, we suggest a swap from the catalogue rather than letting dead stock sit. When a line is hot, we reserve capacity early so a reorder does not miss the season.
Support continues after delivery. If a carton arrives damaged, we document it and arrange a replacement in the next shipment. If a retail price point needs a smaller pack, we quote one. Account support is the reason most of our long buyers started with a single mixed carton and grew into regular pallets.
